• Coordinate with various departments to align transportation needs with overall business objectives.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including routes, schedules, and costs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
