Sales And Marketing Manager

Bar Fridges Australia is seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our domestic and international sales expansion. This is a unique senior position combining strategy, execution and global business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, developing new markets, multiple online channels. This is a remote-first role (95°/o work from any location) with occasional management and performance meetings. Some international travel may be required as the company expands into the USA, Europe, Russia and Canada. building international wholesale partnerships, and leading marketing operations across Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development • Lead and manage international wholesale sales strategy for our exclusive bar fridge product line. • Develop new customer pipelines across global markets and maintain strong client relationships. • Establish and manage profiles on Alibaba and other major global sourcing platforms. • Identify emerging opportunities and execute market-entry strategies. Marketing Leadership • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including product listings, advertising campaigns, and brand positioning. • Manage and coordinate sales and marketing team operations. • Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility worldwide. International Communication & Coordination • Communicate effectively with our China-based manufacturing partners. • Provide product feedback, coordinate development updates, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Administrative & Reporting Duties

1. Weekly reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
2. Basic data entry and financial updates using Xero accounting software.
3. 38 hours per week with overtime paid when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications · Minimum 7 years proven experience in sales and marketing (senior management level preferred). · Business fluent Mandarin, essential for communication with China factory partners. • Strong competency in Excel, Word, Xero, Shopify, and general digital tools. • Demonstrated department or team management experience. • Experience in international sales, export processes, or global e­commerce platforms (advantageous).
