Job Description:
AI Architect Position : W2 Location : Open to relocate Experience : 15+Years Visa : H1b, H4EAD, GC, GCEAD, USC
Looking for marketing profile on our W2

Responsibilities: -
  • Lead, Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI interactions are intuitive, secure, compliant, and trusted by employees.
  • Implement governance guardrails covering sensitive data handling, content filtering, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
  • Lead onsite and offshore engineering teams, providing technical direction and mentorship.
  • Drive architecture, design, code, and technical reviews while guiding troubleshooting and decision-making.
  • Establish engineering best practices, deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
  • Support production operations, observability, continuous improvement, and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Educational Qualifications: -
  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
  • Experience leading distributed/global teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills
  • Workday Integration experience.
  • Microsoft AI Certifications.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Certification.
  • HR self-service platform implementation experience.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience scaling AI products from pilot phases to enterprise-wide adoption.
