After over 2 years fully working from home, with successful remote onboarding processes, digital-first communication channels and ongoing staff support, we are now committed to hybrid working with the goal to create a new flexible approach to working at SEGA with a combination of home working and office working, striving to strike the right balance of business, team and individual needs.
As a hybrid working organisation we want to capture the benefits of working from home with flexibility and focussed work and equally we take pride in our brand and our heritage with our office being at the heart of our culture and a destination for collaborative working, creativity, and a sense of community.
On average we are currently seeing our staff in the office a couple of days a week and will continually monitor and evolve our ways of working with open communication.

Position Overview
The Management Accountant will be a wide-ranging position within the Finance Department at SEGA. The role will provide key direct support to the Assistant UK Financial Controller and the wider Finance team, and cover areas of both Financial and Management Accounting.
The Management Accountant will play a vital role in the smooth running of the month end processes, including suggesting and implementing process and efficiency improvements together with the Assistant UK Financial Controller. The position requires excellent technical accounting skills and knowledge across the full P&L and Balance Sheet and will allow the successful candidate to gain further experience within the SEGA finance function as they grow into the position.
