Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every customer enjoys a delightful experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality bubble teas according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
• A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
