Class 5 Truck and Trailer Operators

May Brothers Contracting is an Agricultural Contracting and Farming business in Mid Canterbury which includes a very diverse and wide range of work. Alongside our Transport Operation, We offer all types of cultivation and drilling, silage and bailing, grain harvest and windrowing and potato planting and harvesting. Due to our growing business we are looking for Class 5 Truck & Trailer Operator with at least 2 Years of relevant experience to join our team full time. We can also accommodate seasonal drivers. Seasonal from November 2025 until May 2026 As an accredited employer, we are authorised to support migrant workers with their visa applications, such as the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV). About you You are hardworking and enjoy a variety of work and understand the seasonal demands of the industry. You will have a good understanding of load restraint techniques and be able to operate within HPMV limits. You must be a team player who isn’t afraid of a challenge as well as having good respect for the gear and take pride in what you drive. Work days are varied so you must be flexible in work days and be prepared to work weekends when required.
