Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading an organisation's recruitment function, ensuring the business attracts and hires high-quality talent while supporting workforce planning.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and fixed-term roles.
- Manage and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists or Recruiters.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Build talent pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, and employer branding.
- Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and company policies.
- Manage recruitment systems (ATS) and recruitment vendors where applicable.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.
Pay: $7,900.00 – $9,200.00 per monthBenefits:
