Tower Limited is a New Zealand-based general insurer that provides personal and business insurance products such as home, contents, vehicle, travel, and small business cover across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.A Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading an organisation's recruitment function, ensuring the business attracts and hires high-quality talent while supporting workforce planning. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and fixed-term roles.
• Manage and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists or Recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Build talent pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, and employer branding.
• Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and company policies.
• Manage recruitment systems (ATS) and recruitment vendors where applicable.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.

Pay: $7,900.00 – $9,200.00 per monthBenefits:
