What is this challenge about

• Collaborate in a fully Agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Participate in pair programming 100% of the time, sharing knowledge and fostering a learning culture.
• Apply test-driven development (TDD) to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance in complex systems.
• Take ownership of services and applications, from development through production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to system design discussions.
• Work on OSS-related tasks such as provisioning, service assurance, and system ownership.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with pair programming and TDD, or strong theoretical knowledge if no direct experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
• Experience in OSS (provisioning, service assurance, system ownership) is a plus.
• Proactive profile, well-organized, and good communication skills
• Understanding Agile methodologies.
• Fluent level of Portuguese
• Fluent level of English.
• Living in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga (hybrid role)
