We’re on the lookout for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced blue-collar recruitment team! Based in Laverton North, this full-time, permanent role offers strong career growth and the perfect mix of office and on-site work — where you’ll deliver top-tier service and make a real impact every day.Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
Writing and placing job adverts
Manage high-volume client job orders
Maintain an active candidate base
Monitor overtime across multiple sites
Report on KPIs
Facilitate smooth onboarding
Perform necessary administrative tasks to support operational efficiency, reception duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities
Confident and friendly phone manner
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems
Ability to thrive in a small, highly efficient team environment
