Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales, Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist who will play a multi-functional role in supporting our sales operations, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions. This highly collaborative position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in sales and marketing, and will be equally comfortable managing sales orders and CRM systems, assisting with marketing campaigns, and designing polished presentations and materials for customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Support · Handle sales orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. · Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to track and manage orders. · Maintain and update customer information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). · Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and customer inquiries. · Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to the sales team. · Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze data. · Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and issue resolution. · Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns and coordinating solutions.
Marketing & Creative Support · Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and customer marketing initiatives. · Design and develop customer-facing materials such as PowerPoint decks, Canva graphics, and Adobe Creative Suite assets. · Collaborate with leadership to create polished visual presentations and branded communication tools. · Support retail and B2B marketing programs with account-specific toolkits and promotional assets. · Conduct market research to support category storytelling and sales strategies. · Contribute to internal and external communications with strong attention to clarity and design.
Administrative Support · Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics. · Provide general administrative support, including documentation, filing, and task tracking. · Assist with organizing team projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications · Mandarin (Required) · 2–4 years of proven experience in both sales and marketing roles. · Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). · Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and coordination abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing activities. · Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required). · Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 25%.
