Newly renovate hotel in the Blue Mountains is looking for an experience bar manager who has an RSA and RCG who has worked in busy hotels In the past. We are heavily food based so experience in this environment would be great but not essential as we are happy to train anyone who wants to learn.It’s a busy venue with a great team and we are looking to expand it.We are a late trading pub till 2am 6 bights a week so we want someone who is comfortable with working this hours.Key requirements-Good attitude- punctual- reliable- eager to learn and grow in the business- honest and trustworthy.If this sounds like you the.
