• Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus and special events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Formal culinary qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery).
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
