The ideal candidate will be both commercially minded and clinically skilled, contributing directly to the clinic’s profitability and reputation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase clinic sales and overall revenue
• Drive client acquisition and retention
• Manage client consultations and effectively close treatment packages
• Contribute to business growth and operational development
• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to a high professional standard
• Maintain excellent client relationships and aftercare support
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Laser Hair Removal
• Body Contouring
• Hydro Facial
• Microneedling
• HIFU
• Chemical Peels
• Injectables (PRP, Dermal Fillers, Anti-Wrinkle Treatments)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (strong track record required)
• Qualified and experienced in the aesthetic treatments listed above
• Strong closing skills and revenue-driven mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership qualities
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
