The Piercing Artist will be responsible for performing piercings with precision, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Experience in management, social media management, or hospitality is advantageous, as the role also involves engaging with clients across various platforms and ensuring a memorable service experience. Responsibilities

• Perform body piercings safely and accurately, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Provide personalised consultations to clients regarding piercing options and aftercare instructions
• Maintain a clean and sterile workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries
• Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in clients efficiently at the front desk
• Utilise social media platforms to promote services, showcase work, and engage with the community
• Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage where appropriate
• Assist in managing the overall guest experience, including handling enquiries and providing information about other treatments offered
• Support management with administrative tasks related to bookings and client records
• Contribute to team efforts in maintaining a professional environment that reflects our brand values

Requirements

• Proven experience or training in body piercing techniques; certification preferred
• Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with diverse clients
• Experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality environments
• Knowledge of social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online
• Skills in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or barbering are desirable but not essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Management experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for potential career progression
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle bookings and client records accurately
• A professional attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
