We are currently seeking experienced Wall & Floor Tilers to join our growing full-time team. This role involves a wide range of tiling, grouting, and waterproofing tasks across both residential and commercial projects. You will be part of a highly organised and supported team with full administration and job scheduling taken care of.Key Responsibilities· Interpret plans and drawings to layout precise tile arrangements· Prepare surfaces (remove old tiles, grout, adhesives; repair cracks/holes)· Install wall and floor tiles (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, natural stone, etc.)· Perform cutting, shaping, and fitting around edges, fixtures, and pipes· Apply adhesives, waterproofing systems, grout, and silicone as required· Conduct regrouting, resealing, and waterproofing of leaking areas· Construct decorative tile patterns and mosaics where required· Operate hand and power tools relevant to tiling work· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment· Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and other tradesSkills & Attributes· Trade-qualified tiler with a minimum of 5 years’ experience· Proficient in tiling, waterproofing, grouting, silicone sealing, and screeding· Strong attention to detail with high-quality workmanship· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team· Sound understanding of safety practices and Australian building codes· Excellent communication and time management skills· Valid driver’s licence required· White card and additional tickets (e.g. working at heights) desirable· Ability to estimate small jobs is a bonusWhat We Offer· Competitive salary package based on experience· Great team culture and supportive working environment· Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company· Sponsorship options available for eligible 485, 482 visa holders and Job Ready Program candidatesHOW TO APPLY:
