Minimum relevant trade qualification (e.g., Heavy Automotive / Diesel, Automotive Engineering Level 3, Welding Certificate Level 4) or equivalent hands-on experience . Minimum 3-5 years' experience servicing and repairing heavy vehicles, diesel plant, and/or mobile equipment . Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 a bonus) . Strong fault-finding skills across diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems . Safety-first mindset & strong communication . Comfortable with job documentation, service records, and using diagnostic tools/software . Physically fit and able to work in a workshop and outdoor environments .
