WHO WE ARE
ODDITY is a consumer tech platform transforming the global beauty and wellness market. We deploy advanced technology, including molecular discovery, synthetic biology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision to develop exceptional products and deliver consumers a superior experience. Our digital-first brands, IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild, are rapidly disrupting the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries around the world. Brands 3 and 4 will launch next year, replicating the playbook of our existing brands in adjacent spaces to take a step change in our growth and impact.
ODDITY Labs is our cutting-edge biotechnology R&D center, powering product innovation through the discovery of new molecules that will power game changing products through ODDITY's current and future brands. Our exceptional team is passionate about using biology, chemistry, and technology to disrupt consumers' product expectations and shopping journeys, shifting millions of consumers from offline to online along the way. Our culture is fast-paced, innovative, agile, and offers every team member the opportunity to drive a big impact. We are seeking a Scientific Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-disciplinary R&D programs. You are a scientifically minded leader with strong organizational skills, capable of driving multiple complex projects from concept to execution. You excel at bridging science and operations, thrive in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments, and bring both strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving. This is a key role with direct impact on multiple innovation pipelines across ODDITY’s consumer-facing brands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of R&D scientific projects
  • Translate scientific goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with chemistry, biology, formulation, product, and clinical testing teams.
  • Guide design, execution, and interpretation of in-vitro and ex-vivo assays by internal scientists and CRO partners, ensuring data quality and timely reporting.
  • Manage relationships with CROs, academic collaborators, and technology vendors, including scope definition, budget tracking, and progress monitoring.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Ph.D. or M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in pharma development, with a focus on PK/PD studies, efficacy, and safety and toxicity evaluation.
  • Experience designing, managing, and interpreting in-vitro (cell-based, skin explant) and in-vivo (animal, human) studies to characterize efficacy, safety, and mechanism of action.
  • Strong knowledge of toxicology principles, dose-response analysis, and safety margins, particularly as applied to skin and hair applications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for efficacy and safety testing of cosmetic, dermatological, and consumer health products.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (biology, chemistry, formulation, clinical testing) and manage external partners (CROs, academic labs) to deliver high-quality data.
  • Strategic, scientifically rigorous, and execution-focused, with the ability to advance multiple innovation programs in a fast-paced consumer beauty and wellness environment.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • This position will consider and sponsor candidates on a visa (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, TN).
