Job Description:
Begin date: 4/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 12 Job Duties: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts and other foodstuffs for consumption in restaurants. Prepare garnish and condiments for service line. Handle removal and storage of leftover food. Clean kitchen area. May order supplies, report daily inventory, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times include 6am-1:30pm, 1pm-8:30pm, 4:30pm-12am. Other day and evening shift times are possible and may be required. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy. The employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal during shift will be provided at no charge to the worker. Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.00 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from housing to and from the worksite. Job Classification: 35-2014.00 - Cooks, Restaurant Experience Required: No Special Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk throughout shift. Must be able to work in high temperature conditions. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous food service work experience preferred but not required. Pre-employment criminal background check required, cost paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Subject to post-injury/incident or reasonable suspicion drug testing, employer paid, applied equally to all workers, U.S. & foreign/H-2B. Applicant must complete an employment application.
