As a Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain the quality of our offerings while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
• Implement and uphold food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
• Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with barista skills is an advantage but not essential.
