Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximise sales potential
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and appointments
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales performance
Experience- Proven track record in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM management and lead generation techniques
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate successfully with clients
- Previous experience working within a target-driven environment is preferred
