What you'll be doing:

• Provide clinical leadership and serve as a mentor to junior clinicians
• Manage your own caseload across a variety of rehabilitation programmes
• Lead and support a small team of physiotherapists
• Drive process improvements to enhance client outcomes
• Collaborate with Clinical and Service Leads on best-practice initiatives
• Use diary management software to organise your caseload efficiently

What you'll bring:

• Registration with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board and current APC
