We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Head of Department for Design Technology who is looking to progress in their professional development. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to enhance and develop the Design and Technology provision within The Mercia Academy. This role offers some flexible working availability and strong packages including support and sponsorship for delivering other qualifications. At Lionheart you will also have the ability to take personal leave in term line as per our great benefit scheme.
