Requirement for the Registered Nurse RN

• Must have a minimum of 1 year Experience
• Valid RN IA License or multi-state
• Responsible and compassionate
• Patient with excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop a nursing care plan with specific goals and interventions, individualizing nursing actions to meet patients’ needs.
• Assist patients to regain health and reduce episodes of illness through patient and family education.
• Provide structure and maintain a therapeutic environment in collaboration with the patient and other healthcare providers.
• Work cooperatively as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
