Job description GLIM Vision Maintenance Engineering Technician GLIM USA INC is currently hiring Vision MaintenanceEngineering Technicians for positions in Ohio, Tennessee, and Michigan.GLIM is a specialized company in machine vision technology, focusing on the design, development, and production of defect detection systems using industrial cameras. We compete based on our proprietary technology.Currently, we are one of LG Energy Solution's 18 equipment partners, contributing to defect detection and yield improvement in the lithium-ion battery production process with industrial cameras. We are looking for employees to work at GM and LG Energy Solution plants in the United States. Job Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Installation and setup of equipment, regular inspection and preventive maintenance, maintenance.
• Troubleshooting: When a problem occurs in the equipment, cause analysis and resolution.
• Customer Support and Technical Support: Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from customers, and collect and share information necessary to resolve issues.
• Data analysis: Leverage measurement data analysis to solve problems and improve performance.
• Cooperation: Problem solving through collaboration with SW engineers.
• Optical Design: Selection and testing of optical components (cameras, lights, lenses, etc.).
• System Design: Machine vision system architecture design.
• Definition of hardware elements (camera, lighting, controller, PC, communication interface, etc.) and architecture design.

Qualifications:

• Technical understanding of vision systems, cameras, and lighting
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Skills in data verification and error analysis
• advantageous to proficient in Korean

Working Conditions:

• Salary: USD 63,000 - 120,000

• 시스템 설계(System Design): 머신비전 시스템 구조 설계, 하드웨어 요소(카메라, 조명, 컨트롤러, PC, 통신 인터페이스 등) 정의 및 아키텍쳐 설계
