Farm Laborer

Begin date: 1/19/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 35 Job Duties: Prune and thin blossoms from peaches, cherries, grapes, rake brush; irrigate; harvest fruit at correct ripeness and pack into shipping boxes; may spray pesticides. Drive farm trucks on and off the farm premises. Must be able to climb down ladder with 35 lb pack. Workers must be able to thin blossoms off 60 'V' trees, or 25 'quad' trees per 8 hr. day and must average 1440 lbs. peaches picked per day over 5 day period. 1 month pruning and thinning experience required. Workers must be able to work at speed of average worker. "employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and the Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (COMPS order) #38."
