Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop and execute creative and delicious menu items that cater to a diverse range of tastes and dietary preferences. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service. Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of Full-time relevant employment experience as a cook in a busy kitchen environment. The successful candidate must have at leasts the equivalent of an Australian Certificate IV of Cookery or similar. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a passion for creating delicious dishes that delight our guests. Ideally Vietnamese/Asian infusion cook experiences preferred.
