35 residential aged care facilities, providing residents with regular, high-quality podiatry services through organised clinical schedules and strong administrative support.Our mission is simple: deliver compassionate, accessible and evidence-based healthcare while creating an enjoyable and rewarding workplace for our clinicians.The OpportunityWe are looking for passionate Podiatrists to join our expanding team.Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build your clinical skills while working within a supportive and well-organised aged care network.You will provide podiatry services across a structured rotating roster of residential aged care facilities, allowing you to develop ongoing relationships with residents and facility staff while enjoying a predictable workload.Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive podiatry assessments and treatments
- Perform routine foot care including nail and skin management
- Assess and manage diabetic foot conditions and high-risk patients
- Provide basic wound care and pressure care management where appropriate
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with GPs, nurses and aged care staff
- Contribute to continuity of care through regular scheduled visits
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centred care that improves comfort, mobility and quality of life
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Podiatry
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Willingness to travel between facilities
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Desirable
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Experience managing diabetic foot conditions and high-risk feet
- Knowledge of Medicare and aged care funding models
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
