  • Prepare and manage SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, Proxy), including financial statements, MD&A, stock/equity disclosures, subsequent events, and risk factors.
  • Coordinate with accounting, legal, and audit teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Lead tie-out and reconciliation between the general ledger, financial statements, and disclosure sections.

Accounting & Audit Oversight:
  • Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes to ensure audit readiness and accuracy.
  • Supervise month-end close, revenue recognition, journal entries, deferred revenue, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain proper accounting and measurement of convertible notes, including valuation, interest accretion, and fair value assessments.
  • Ensure proper accounting treatment and tracking of crypto asset holdings and on-chain transactions.
  • Serve as the primary audit liaison, handling PBC requests and issue resolution.

Financial Operations Support:
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on product pricing and cost optimization to support the CFO in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in public company reporting, audit coordination, or financial operations
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting cycles (10-K, 10-Q, S-1)
  • Strong Excel and reporting documentation skills; able to produce clear, audit-ready documentation
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of translating financial data into business insights
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to own execution
