Commercial Property Manager

GREAT SUPPORTIVE TEAM ENVIRONMENTOur company is a successful corporate property company located in the CBD that is part of SVN International - a commercial real estate group with over 200 offices worldwide.We require a confident and hardworking Commercial Property Manager to work within a 10 person strong team. You will play an integral role in servicing a varied client list and setting the platform to attract quality new business. The successful applicant will be:

• Confident, professional and corporately presented
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management
• Organised with a high standard of administrative capabilities
• Reliable and responsible
• Capable of working well under pressure

Duties will include:

• All aspects of Commercial Property Management
• Administer lease contracts and renewals
• Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants
• Rent collection, reviews and renewals
• Monthly reporting to owners/tenants and Head of Department
• Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed
