Work Authorization: H-1B Transfers Accepted About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics 365 Field Service Architect / Lead to join our fast-growing team. This is a senior-level role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Field Service solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Architect and configure core Field Service components: work orders, scheduling, resource management, inventory, and mobile/offline capabilities.
• Create detailed documentation including solution architecture, configuration specifications, and integration points.
• Develop custom components or extensions when necessary using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Functions, and other tools.
• Conduct performance and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry and client standards.
• Collaborate with global teams (AMS, India) to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers.
• Actively participate in code reviews, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Strong expertise in Field Service functionality including scheduling, mobile workforces, inventory, work orders, and customer assets.
• Proficient in designing integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience in implementing enterprise-level solutions with custom workflows, plug-ins, and Power Apps/Power BI.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in team leadership or architectural decision-making is a strong plus.
