Morrison Express is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead our European tender activities and drive strategic growth through competitive, high-quality bid submissions.As our new Tender Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business development efforts — working cross-functionally with commercial teams, pricing experts, and network partners to win key RFQs and strengthen our market presence.
💼 What you’ll be doing:✔️ Leading the European tender team and managing the full tender lifecycle✔️ Driving pricing strategy with key stakeholders✔️ Coordinating international inputs for competitive submissions✔️ Ensuring top-quality, timely delivery on client platforms✔️ Analyzing tender results to improve future performance
🎯 Who we’re looking for:🔹 5+ years in Freight Forwarding, with solid experience in regional tenders and pricing🔹 A sharp, analytical mind with a commercial edge🔹 Skilled communicator fluent in English (German/Dutch a plus)🔹 A confident operator in fast-paced, international environments
