As we prepare for this exciting new venture, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-time and Part-time Team Member and Senior Crew. Position: Full-time Team Member and Senior Crew Location: 25 Main St, Greensborough VIC 3088 Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals, individual dishes, and foods.
- Estimate food portions, monitor supplies, and manage inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks.
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas.
- Order supplies, equipment, and handle food deliveries.
- Assist with food preparation and retrieval of ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, pots, and utensils.
- Maintain clear and organized workspaces.
- Dispose of trash and ensure kitchen hygiene.
- Operate the ABACUS POS system accurately (training provided).
- Prioritize attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and packaging food.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with diverse customers to meet their needs while following food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Requirements:Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with operating the ABACUS POS system or similar point-of-sale software is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends as the store operates seven days a week.
