Together, you’ll ensure every guest is welcomed warmly, every appointment runs smoothly, and the salon operates with the professionalism and polish our brand is known for. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and enjoys contributing to a high‑performing front‑of‑house operation. What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Managing calls, emails, and messages while coordinating appointments with precision
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
• Motivating and supporting the team to achieve targets and earn bonuses
• Maintaining retail stock levels and ensuring the reception area always looks immaculate
• Driving retail sales by offering expert advice on hair, skin, and grooming products
• Providing administrative support to keep the salon running smoothly
• Using your hairdressing/colour knowledge to support the team and enhance client service
• Assisting with marketing, promotions, and client engagement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing is a minimum requirement
• Sponsorship considered only after 3 months of employment
• Qualified hairdresser with colour experience
• Team player with strong organisation and time-management skills
• Confident with POS and office software
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about the industry
• Thrives in a busy, high-end environment
• Social media marketing skills highly valued with growth opportunities
