Cabinet Maker / Van Conversion Specialist
BCA Sydney | Backpackercars & LuffareWe’re looking for a skilled cabinet maker . We build unique van conversions for travellers and adventurers, with a strong social media presence and big growth ahead. You’ll need:

• Cabinet making / carpentry skills
• Ability to lead projects & grow into a workshop lead role
• Hands-on, detail-driven, team player

The Role

• Manage production orders from start to finish
• Manage Workshop and Stock (small workshop 130m2)
• Build and fit out vans and 4WDs within set deadlines
• Coordinate workflow with the workshop team
• Ensure all builds meet company quality and safety standards
• Recruit, train and manage team members as the workshop grows
• Take ownership of projects and step into a workshop lead role as the business scales
