French-Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant📍 London, UK | Hybrid
I'm currently supporting a leading specialist management consultancy in their search for a French-speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their London team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and private equity-backed businesses on strategic organisational and operational transformation projects across Europe.
You'll be involved in delivering high-impact consulting engagements, including:

• Analysing organisational and business challenges
• Working directly with executive leadership teams
• Developing strategic recommendations supported by robust analysis
• Leading project workstreams
• Mentoring junior consultants
• Contributing to the firm's continued growth and knowledge development

We're looking for someone with

• 2–6 years' experience within management or strategy consulting
• Fluent English and French (essential)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to travel across Europe as projects require
