Overview
**SPONSORSHIP** (Switch, even if your previous company has been revoked)We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalised care and companionship. This position requires a nurturing spirit and the ability to work with individuals who may have varying levels of physical and cognitive challenges. Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation.
  • Support clients with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Provide specialised care for individuals with conditions such as dementia or those requiring hospice care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and patient care techniques.
  • Familiarity with assisted living environments and dementia care practices is advantageous.
  • Certification in First Aid is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
