The company adopts a holistic approach, delivering end-to-end services from design through to construction.EIFER PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Glazier to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will carry out glazing work across residential and commercial projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship and workplace safety. Key Duties and Responsibilities· Measure, cut and install glass, mirrors, shower screens, windows and doors.· Remove broken or damaged glass and replace with new glazing.· Mark and score glass panels using specialised glazing tools before separating them into the required dimensions.· Inspect glass panels for defects, imperfections or damage prior to fabrication and installation.· Install aluminium frames and associated glazing systems.· Assess job specifications and determine the appropriate type, thickness and size of glass required for each project.· Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.· Ensure all glazing work complies with Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements.· Operate glazing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.· Perform specialised glass finishing processes, including edge finishing, surface treatment or custom modifications where required.· Liaise professionally with clients, builders and other trades on site.· Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Essential Requirements· At least 3 years of relevant full-time glazing experience.· Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.· Strong knowledge of glazing materials and installation techniques.· Excellent attention to detail.· Ability to work independently and within a team.· Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:
