Business Analyst Graduate (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst Graduate at Ukworkx, located in Manchester. The Business Analyst Graduate will be responsible for conducting business analysis, identifying and documenting business requirements, and developing business processes. Additional tasks will include analysing data to provide insights, assisting in the development and implementation of business solutions, and effectively communicating findings with stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and insights
• Experience in Business Analysis and developing Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Ability to understand and document Business Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience in project management is a plus
