PE Global is currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for a joint venture between a market leading energy company and a world-renowned healthcare organisation in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly into the Director of Marketing and Communications, this is an opportunity to join a global business with exciting plans for local and international growth.
Responsibilities: · Lead the strategic management and oversight of digital marketing assets, including the website, intranet, social media channels, customer relationship management tools, digital screens, email marketing, and performance marketing efforts. · Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure digital strategies are aligned with overarching organisational objectives. · Oversee relationships with external partners to ensure the effective execution of complex campaigns and to maintain productive vendor collaborations. · Provide strategic direction to the digital marketing team, setting priorities and driving the achievement of key performance goals. · Oversee all digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, search engine optimization, and performance marketing strategies. · Lead the development and implementation of data-driven digital strategies aimed at increasing online engagement and enhancing brand visibility. · Manage the use of customer relationship management tools, providing strategic direction on campaign execution and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through cross-functional collaboration. · Review and approve digital marketing plans across all platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. · Monitor campaign and asset performance, analysing data to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. · Provide support in resolving technical or content-related issues across digital channels.
Experience Required: · 9 years’ experience in digital marketing. · Significant experience in managing digital campaigns, performance marketing, and SEO, for enterprise level businesses. · Bilingual proficiency in written Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
Education and Certifications: · Bachelors degree in Marketing or Digital Media. · Masters degree in Marketing or Digital Media (preferred). · CMPD. · Google Analytics.
