What You'll Be Doing:
- Servicing and maintaining cleaning machines like scrubbers, vacuums, carpet machines, and more
- Troubleshooting mechanical, automotive, and basic 12V DC to 240V AC electrical issues
- Performing repairs and adjustments to equipment to ensure top performance and safety
- Keeping clear and accurate maintenance records
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical minded and hands-on experience
- A problem-solving mindset with strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently on-site with a proactive, can-do attitude
- A friendly, collaborative nature and a drive to continuously grow
- Flexibility to travel to client sites
