Design Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with employer, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions. Responsibilities

• Engage with client to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Develop interior design concepts aligned with the restaurant's brand identity.
• Create space layouts and design presentations for approval.
• Present design concepts to client, incorporating their feedback into final proposals.
• Selecting materials, colours, furnitures, lighting and finishes that align with their vision.
• Balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness in all proposals.
• Work closely with the management team to understand project needs.
• Maintain an organised workspace and keep project documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the project.
• Prepare drawings and technical details where required.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant interior design preferred.
• Basic maths skills are required for accurate measurements and calculations related to design projects.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in problem-solving will be highly valued.
