Work Requirement:This role requires on-site presence in the Geelong office
at least 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement office policies and administrative procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Identify and improve office systems, processes, and workflows to enhance productivity
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
- Supervise office staff, monitor performance, and coordinate workflow
- Manage client communication, correspondence, and preparation of official documents
- Maintain an organised and efficient office environment
- Coordinate employee schedules and resolve operational conflicts
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Handle invoicing, expense reporting, and financial documentation
- Monitor and manage office budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, and training
Skills & Experience Required - Education: Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in office management or a senior administrative role
- Industry Background: Experience in Accounting or Law firms preferred
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Language Skills:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Urdu & Punjabi proficiency highly desirable
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and office/inventory management systems

- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
