  • Deliver direct, one-on-one Physical Therapy services to the geriatric population within community environments, utilizing a foundation built on providing in-community care.
  • Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions that actively work to abolish ageism and enhance functional independence.
  • Drive rewarding patient outcomes through tailored and innovative treatment plans.
  • Collaborate seamlessly as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team, maintaining a collective focus on achieving superior functional results for every patient.
  • Manage scheduling and patient care activities with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of both the patients and the practitioner.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation and adhere to professional standards of practice.

Requirements
  • Possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin, or eligibility to apply immediately.
  • Hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Demonstrate basic competence in computer literacy skills.
  • Maintain a current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or strong enthusiasm for working with the older adult population in a community or home-based setting.
  • New Graduates are encouraged to apply and will be integrated into a widely recognized Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
  • Candidates who are qualified and require employment sponsorship (H-1B) are welcome to apply.
