Pay Rate: $30 per hour

• Start Date: ASAP We are a vibrant, community-focused cafe known for our quality coffee, warm atmosphere, and exceptional service. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager who also has strong barista skills to lead our team and uphold our standards. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff, including baristas and kitchen team
• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to the highest standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Monitor sales and manage budget to achieve profitability
• Handle customer feedback and foster a welcoming environment

• Requirements:Proven experience as a cafe manager or supervisor in a similar setting
• Hands-on barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and team development
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Preferred Qualifications:Barista training certification
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software
• Experience in marketing or social media is a plus

• What We’re Looking For:Either at least 2 years of café or hospitality management experience or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
• Positive, can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
• Barista experience is a bonus!
