We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our Gap location. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-end coloring, foiling, balayage, precision cutting, and styling
• Conduct thorough client consultations to deliver tailored hair solutions
• Maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon cleanliness
• Work towards weekly service and retail sales targets
• Ensure client retention and rebooking rate of 60% or higher
• Participate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior stylists

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a professional hairdresser post certification
• Certificate III in Hairdressing or international equivalent
• Proven expertise in advanced coloring techniques, balayage, and blondes
• Strong ability to consult, educate, and build lasting client relationships
• Ability to rebook clients and upsell retail products
• Must be willing to work full-time, including evenings and alternate Saturdays
• A positive, motivated team player who strives for excellence in hairdressing
