Store Manager

Kush Enterprise NZ ltd in Wellington is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. As a Store
Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and directing the day-to-day
activities of our retail establishment to ensure the overall smooth and effective operation of
the Store.
This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours working hours per week.
Remuneration $30-35 per hour.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Or a level 5 or higher qualification.
Key Tasks
 Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
 Oversee stock levels, product selection, and inventory control.
 Develop purchasing plans, set competitive prices, and drive sales through
promotions.
 Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
 Track stock levels, manage financial transactions, and monitor sales and stock
performance.
 Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
