As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee civil construction projects on-site, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate and supervise site teams including subcontractors, machinery operators, and laborers.
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local standards
- Monitor progress of bulk earthworks, landfill construction, and material processing
- Collaborate with site engineers and operational staff to resolve issues promptly
- Manage daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with resource allocation and materials delivery
- Report project progress and escalate issues to senior management
- Maintain quality control and assurance procedures on-site
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in civil construction supervision on large-scale projects (bulk earthworks/landfill preferred)
- Qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, safety standards, and local regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
