Loughborough college is looking for an Organisational Development Manager who brings expertise, optimism, and a drive to innovate. This is a unique opportunity to enhance the journey of our outstanding staff and make a lasting impact on our vibrant college community.


We’re looking for someone with significant experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies. To thrive in this role, you will need to be highly organised, an excellent communicator and confident in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.


Responsibilities of the role include;

  • Designing and delivering engaging training materials, workshops, and e-learning
  • Managing mandatory training to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct training analysis to inform development plans.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of our college CPD conference- a standout event that inspires growth, and empowers staff with new skills, insights and professional development opportunities.
