Digital Marketing Manager to completely own the acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy for our suite of digital products. This role requires a unique blend of creative flair, technical competence in marketing automation, and deep knowledge of performance marketing across the entire customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a hands-on builder responsible for the full funnel, from the first click to the final purchase and automation sequence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage high-performing paid and organic social media campaigns and digital advertising initiatives aimed at driving qualified traffic and product sign-ups.
- Funnel Development (CRO): Build, manage, and optimise high-converting landing pages and sales funnels, demonstrating practical experience with platforms similar to ClickFunnels (e.g., Leadpages, Unbounce, WordPress builders).
- Copywriting & Creative: Develop compelling, benefit-driven copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email sequences, ensuring clear brand voice and strong calls-to-action.
- Technical Automation: Architect and implement end-to-end CRM automation workflows, including lead scoring, nurturing sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- E-commerce Operations: Manage and optimise checkout cart configurations, payment gateway integrations, and ensure a seamless, high-conversion purchase experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) to identify funnel bottlenecks and drive continuous conversion rate optimisation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition, e-commerce, or direct-response marketing for digital products.
- Technical Platforms: Proven mastery of marketing funnel tools (ClickFunnels style builders) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Automation: Demonstrated experience setting up and managing complex automation rules and segmentation within a CRM (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of checkout processes, payment gateways, and implementing abandoned cart strategies.
- Creative: Highly creative with a strong portfolio or examples of effective copywriting and ad creative development.
- Analytical: Highly proficient in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to make data-driven marketing decisions.
