Constellation Healthcare is seeking a
Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality assessment services for children and adolescents aged 218. This role is central to our mission of providing timely, child-centred, and clinically robust support to families navigating developmental, behavioural, and communication needs.
About The Role
The post holder will provide Occupational Therapy assessmentsprimarily within the Assessment of Need (AON) processand contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making. You will work collaboratively with Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other clinicians to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes and comprehensive recommendations. Occasional involvement in ADOS assessments may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Occupational Therapy assessments to a high clinical standard.
- Contribute to AON determinations, MDT discussions, and report completion.
- Provide intervention where identified as appropriate.
- Participate in bespoke OT projects and service development initiatives.
- Produce clear, concise, professional diagnostic reports within required timelines.
- Adhere to organisational protocols regarding caseload management, scheduling, and communication.

Candidate Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for CORU registration (full support provided)
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills
- Commitment to child-centred, evidence-based practice
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
